Nationwide Aircraft Assurance Services (NAAS) offers two levels of aircraft prebuy inspections

to accommodate the specific needs of our clients. The Class I General Inspection and the

Class II Comprehensive Inspection

The NAAS Class I General Inspection

The NAAS Class I General Inspection is recommended when a fundamental inspection
of an aircraft is required to determine its general condition and serviceability. The Class I Inspection

is performed by one of our A&P/AI field inspectors and can be accomplished at most any airport where the aircraft is located.

The inspection includes an examination of the airframe surfaces, flight controls,
paint and interior, power plant, avionics, and major system components. The airframe is carefully scrutinized for signs of surface corrosion and previously repaired damage. The cabin interior furnishings are inventoried and carefully examined for signs of excessive wear and damage.

A ground operational check of engine, avionics and major systems is performed and a flight

test is conducted as an option. A thorough examination of the maintenance log records is

accomplished to verify the quality of maintenance and servicing the aircraft has received. Special attention is given to uncovering any damage history and verifying compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB). Results of the inspection are

presented as a written report and include a CD/ROM copy.

The Class II Comprehensive Inspection

The NAAS Class II Comprehensive Inspection is the most in-depth inspection available
and is similar to an annual or other major inspection. The Class II inspection must be performed at

a NAAS designated maintenance facility location due to the comprehensive nature of the inspection.

The Class II Inspection includes a thorough examination of the airframe surfaces, flight controls, paint and interior, power plant, avionics and all major systems. Interior sections of the power plant and airframe undergo an extensive examination including visual and boroscope inspections. The exterior and interior of the airframe is scrutinized for signs of corrosion and previously repaired damage. A complete ground and flight operational check of the engine, avionics, major systems is performed and a thorough examination of maintenance log records is accomplished to verify the quality of maintenance and servicing that the aircraft has received. Special attention is given to uncovering any damage history and verifying compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB). Results of the inspection are presented as a written report and include a CD/ROM copy.
