Providing Professional Aircraft Appraisal Services Nationwide

AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL OVERVIEW
Nationwide Aircraft Appraisal Service (NAAS) provides professional aircraft appraisal and aircraft valuation services nationwide for banks and lenders, law firms, accountants, aircraft buyers and sellers, corporate aviation departments, and aircraft owners.
Our aircraft appraisal services are designed to meet a wide range of valuation requirements, including aircraft appraisals for financing, purchase or sale decisions, legal matters, tax and estate purposes, charitable donations, and other financial reporting needs.
Depending on the client's requirements, NAAS offers three primary aircraft valuation options:
- Full Inspection Certified Aircraft Appraisals
- Comprehensive Aircraft Desktop Appraisals
- Aircraft Market Value Reports
Full Inspection Certified Aircraft Appraisals
Our Full Inspection Certified Aircraft Appraisal is performed by an accredited certified aircraft appraiser who personally inspects the aircraft and reviews its maintenance records and supporting documentation.
This comprehensive aircraft appraisal is frequently utilized by banks, lenders, financial institutions, accountants, attorneys, and law firms when an independent and well-documented aircraft valuation is required, particularly for aircraft valued at more than $1 million.
A Full Inspection Certified Aircraft Appraisal may be appropriate for aircraft financing, loan underwriting, collateral valuation, litigation, estate and probate matters, taxation issues, partnership disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and other legal or financial purposes.
Our certified aircraft appraisal reports are prepared in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Comprehensive Aircraft Desktop Appraisal
Our Comprehensive Aircraft Desktop Appraisal provides a cost-effective alternative to a Full Inspection Certified Aircraft Appraisal.
The valuation information contained within our USPAP compliant desktop appraisal report is comparable in scope to the information provided in a full inspection appraisal. The primary difference is that our aircraft appraiser does not physically inspect the aircraft.
Instead, detailed information concerning the aircraft, its equipment, condition, maintenance status, and records is provided by a knowledgeable party, such as the aircraft owner, operator, or licensed aircraft maintenance provider.
At approximately one-half the cost of a Full Inspection Certified Appraisal, an aircraft desktop appraisal can be an excellent option for aircraft buyers and sellers, lending institutions, accountants, corporate aviation departments, aircraft owners, and charitable aircraft donation organizations.
Desktop aircraft appraisals may also be useful when a client needs an independent aircraft market value or aircraft valuation without the expense of an on-site inspection.

Aircraft Fair Market Value Report
For buyers and sellers of aircraft, knowing the true current fair market value of an aircraft can be critical when negotiating a purchase or sale.
Advertised aircraft prices found online do not necessarily represent actual market value. Asking prices may vary significantly from the price an aircraft can reasonably be expected to command in the current marketplace.
The NAAS Aircraft Fair Market Value Report provides an independent assessment of the current market value of a specific aircraft make and model. It can be a valuable and cost-effective tool for aircraft owners, buyers, sellers, brokers, and corporate aviation departments evaluating an aircraft transaction.
A Fair Market Value Report can help clients:
- Determine a realistic aircraft purchase price
- Establish an appropriate aircraft selling price
- Evaluate the value of a specific aircraft make and model
- Compare an aircraft's value with current market conditions
- Support negotiations between aircraft buyers and sellers
NAAS provides aircraft valuation services for a broad range of aircraft makes and models, including business jets, turboprops, piston aircraft, and other general aviation aircraft.
