Full Inspection Certified Appraisal

Our Full Inspection Certified Appraisal process requires our accredited certified appraiser to personally inspect an aircraft and its maintenance records. It is widely utilized by financial loan institutions, accountants and law firms when documentation of aircraft exceeding $1 million in value may be required. Our certified appraisal reports strictly comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Desktop Appraisal

Our Comprehensive Desktop Appraisal provides an excellent cost effective alternative to the full inspection certified appraisal. The content of information provided within our USPAP compliant desktop appraisal report is essentially the same as provided within a certified appraisal. The difference is that instead of having our appraiser physically inspect the aircraft, the information about the aircraft is provided to us by a knowledgeable party such as the aircraft owner or a licensed maintenance provider. At approximately one-half the cost of a full inspection certified appraisal, our desktop appraisals are cost-effective and often utilized by buyers and sellers of aircraft and in many cases by lending institutions, accountants and aircraft donation organizations. Market Value Report

For buyers and sellers of aircraft, it is important to know the true current market value of a particular make and model aircraft instead of relying on "advertised" prices found on the internet.
